Bash Korn script testing sample how to?

Newbie here I am trying to test some bash & korn scripts please let me know where I can test these in solaris v10?? Any editors like telnet as in windows to download from internet ?? Also any good tutorials for network unix / solaris scripting to change network lan access ? Thanks.

Hi Shaz, I don't quite understand the question(s). The usual editor in Solaris is vi in a no graphic terminal-based environment, though if you're using a GUI there are probably notepad-like editors available. What do you mean by 'where can I test these'? What do your scripts do? Sorry for the questions, but more info. required I think.
