Hi,

Does anybody know the specific differences between the bash and ksh93. Is porting ksh scripts from HP-UX to bash on RedHat Linux likely to problematic or should it be a fairly trivial task.

Thanks, Matt.

Matt,
bash is a superset of ksh so you should have few if any problems. I have never had issues moving ksh to bash.
