Good Day all,

hope you are well.

We have Asterisk in a newly opened Hotel that uses some very basic SIP phones for the guest bedrooms. For the staff, they have some Cisco 504s.

Anyway, I have been tasked with barring international calls on only the bedroom phones.

I assume i need to amend the dial plan.

Can anyone advise what i would need to bar international calls from the UK on these specific extensions.

I am not sure what distribution of Asterisk you are using, but I would look at the possibility of sending all of these calls over an outbound route that requires a PIN code.

Some distributions, like FreePBX, will also let you assign outbound routes to extensions. If unassigned, they can not use.
