Barrier codes

I understand that barrier codes are a way to access a phone externally, but do barrier codes allow you to actually log into an agent phone? Thanks

You can use service observe feature access codes to listen in on an agent with the barrier codes, but be very careful as this can lead to toll fraud

Do you have EC500 on your switch? If you do you can log in an agent remotely by using this feature. Great for turning bad weather announcements and other emergency messages on remotely from a phone. Let me know if you do and I will let you know how it works.
