BARRIER CODE OR PW W/ SPM 1

I am trying to access a Legend R6.0 w/ SPM 6.25 remotely, but the customer doesn't know any PWs or barrier code. How do I find the default one or can I program a code from the MLX20L console? The remote modem via the main number works, but it hungup on me after the third try at PWs. I also want to setup a DID number to ring thru to *10 (DIL?) so I can access it directly. Is this possible or is there a way via the AA after hours to get to *10?

The default password is 'craftr4', if you nedd or want to change it, it can be done from the main console. As for setting up DID access, see the excellent reply by Touchtone Tommy to reggielfrith's 1/15/03 post.
