Is anyone familiar with the Barge feature? I'm having an issue where Barge is assigned on the Nurse's phone to allow her to barge in on a call to X4357 (help). She sees the softkey light come on when a call is placed to X4357 and when she tries to answer it the light turns green however she isn't able to hear anything. I should mention that calls to X4357 are answered by security.
