BARGE IN TONE MAGIX 7.0 1

Could someone please help
Is there any way to get rid of the barge in tone the user thats being barge into gets
i have a magix ck5 7.0

That would be a Legend 7.0, the Magix only goes to version 4.0 I believe.

No, the Barge-In tone can't be removed. You can use the Service Observing feature to listen without barging in the connection. For all the info on Barge-In and Service Observing you need to read the Feature Reference document 7.0 which can be downloaded for free from support.avaya.com. It covers all the interactions with other features and provides complete descriptions of how they work.
