barcode scanning on PocketPC

I want a component which can scan barcode on a PocketPC running on Windows CE. If anybody has the code as well as the component please send me or if someone can give me the link where can I find it.

I have an application pretty much like Ketan but I'm very new to Windows CE and bar coding. I am developing a new product begining with my own personal use in my home, if it works will market it. I need to know where to begin. I have a Pocket PC and wanted to get a scanner and develop the application using development equipment in CE. Can anyone direct me to Windows CE development as well as interfacing a barcode scanner to it..... Books available, web sites.... groups...
