Hello - Our fast barcode scanners (Honeywell/Xenon 1900) are not picking up tabs/returns in the middle of a barcode. When we scan the same barcode using an iphone scanner or a slow, cheap scanner the returns show up fine. Example:
We need the scans to look like:
M0002
123
4.00
Y
but they scan on our fast scanners as: M00021234.00Y. We have to use fast scanners for our type of work so the slow ones aren't an option
Does anyone know a what could be happening? We set the factory defaults back and still the same.
