Barcode question and acrobat 7

I'm using fdf and I placed a field on my pdf form which uses
the free 3 of 9 barcode.

When I pull this form in acrobat 5 it displays correctly as
barcode.

When I pull this form in using acrobat 7 professional it does not display the barcode. Does anyone know why this is.
