Barcode printting in a thermal printer

Hi,
I need to print a barcode in a Zebra printer label. The barcode is the only output on the label. I don´t want to use any external software to do it. Is there aniway to do this? I have read it´s possible by ABAP Programming, is this true? What must I do?

Sap version 4.6B.

We use Zebra Z4000 Barcode printers. We loaded the Zebra print driver for SAP and then used SAPScript to generate the print. If you have access to OSS look at document
