I am currently using Crystal reports to create our barcode labels. Our part numbers have spaces and the fonts that we have create spaces in the barcode. I have tried Wasp, but it to creates a space in the barcode as well. Any idea of how to create a continuous barcode even though the human readable has spaces?

I don't use Crystal reports, but I know most of the bar code specific programs (Bar tender, StrandWare Label Matrix, Etc) allow you to format the human readable with a mask. I.E., nn nnnnn nnnn.
Or, you can do the same with your data field. In access or vb, the data source for the text box would be format([your field], "nn nnnn nnnn"
