Hi!

Using CR 9.0

I have this VB-component which can create a barcode from a number. Can I import this in a Crystalreport detail section to automaticly convert my serial numbers into barcodes.

Thanx in advance!

Tanja

I am not sure, but why not just use the barcode font instead?

Barcode font?? Dont know about that .. I am pretty new with CR. How can I use this?

Thanx so far!

Tanja

Search the web for font downloads (you can specify the actual bar code font you need. Example: 3 of 9)

Once you have found and downloaded the font simply "install" it just as you would any other font (by copying it into the fonts folder)

I use the "3 of 9" bar code font, and was able to download it free and it works great (just like any other font)

Thanx! You saved me a lot of time!!

Do you (or anybody else) happen to have a code 128 font which doesn't contain any demo text or any other obstructive stuff in the code for my report. I found some downloads but they are not so practicle because of the demo texts. I already have a UFL but that one might be the cause of the demo stuff as well so if you maybe have a good working 128 UFL in combination with a font, it would be very helpfull!

Thanx in advance!!

Tanja

Man....looks like you might have to fork over about $100 to get it. I did a search and could not find any for free. I cannot remember where I got my Code 39 font.

I found a code 39 font without demo stuff in it for free.
It's very expensive indeed to purchase a license for barcode 128 sofware! Well, Ill just have to do with the demo stuff it works good enough. It's temporary anyway.

Thanx for your all your help!
