Barchart with data labels containing extra data

Hi everyone,

I am trying to create a barchart which has data labels of data not used in the data series of the barchart.

My data looks like this ...

Employee Percentage Age
Joe Bloggs 73.3 29
John Brown 64.6 23
Fred White 77.4 31

I have a barchart with Employee being the group series and Percentage is the data series. I want to display data labels which displays the age for each bar.
