Bar graph formatting

I have a bar graph created in my Crystal report. The Y axis is a date currently formatted 01/04. I need to be able to change this to read January 04, however, I can't seem to change the format on this field.

Any ideas?

What version of Crystal?

In CR 9 you can right click a label and select Edit Axis Label and manually overwrite it.

Unfortunately this is static.

hi
have you tried changing the format of the date field before creating the graph?
or create a formula that converts to long date format
