My situation is when i convert the bar code scan files into *.ODB files and go to the import page, push save nothing happens inventory isnt updated. I know this because i look at my inventory numbers and they havent changed is there a step Im missing.

Please help
Thanks in advance

Any idea what happened to the last thread?

Several things need to be looked at here.

1) Are the items stocked? If not the Qty on hand will not change.

2) What type of transaction(s) are you attempting to perform? There are separate registrations for bar coding for IM, OE and PO versus POP and SFC.

Ok I think i got it solved by renaming the *.ODB file to correct way like IAN00804.ODB it works it imports. SO thats working but another thing?

I have the bar code information as the folowing:

O08050415341402
P09778 0010010000

and i have a conversion program that changes it to :

IESIIH1402 09778 WH WH 20040810 0000000100.0000
Is there a less tedious way to do this?
