Bar code scanner not scanning a specific code

Hello everyone! I am new here and hopefully we will be able to get this figured out!

I am having a problem with a metrologic scanner. model number ms9520. The problem i am having is very interesting. I currently am scanning config codes we have created for our use. Now on scanners 2006 or older work. Anything new it will not scan a specific 2 codes. Any ideas? thought? anything i will greatly appreciate.

Hi Alex,
can you please share the barcode samples , let me investigate with my unit and give you the reason why it is not scanning.
