bar code appears on crystal report but dont show up on enterprise

it is installed on the enterprise, but still get the number not the bar code, when you view it on acrobat

A good trick is toinstall Crystal Reports itself on the server for testing such things.

Check for service packs to install as well.

Could be the account under which the report runs doen't have access to the font.

Try checking for FAQs at BO, you don't bother to post your software used or the version,so I won't download all of the potential ones...

instead of
when you view it on acrobat what about when viewed in InfoView? Your Acrobat reader may not be able to find/use the bar code fonts..

Does this mean on the serveryou ran Crystal Reports and it worked, or locally.

Please state facts, your one liners are giving too little info.

Again, load Crystal Reports on the server and run the report there to test. If it fails, then the font isn't available to Crystal for some reason, such as a bad install of the font...
