bar charts, y axis.

Hello,

Im creating bar charts in crystal 9 - does anyone how I can set the y axis to only be as high as the highest value it receives.

At present the charts is configured as follows in the chart expert -

for all records

show records -
sum of formula1
sum of formula2
sum of formula3

Thanks in advance


 
I think the best you can do is to manually set the maximum value. You would click on the y axis label->data (y) axis options->scales->maximum and enter the maximum value there. Not sure if this is the way to get to the scale values in 9.0, but there should be an option to manually set the maximum value in one of the screens.
