banners and memory usage

I am required to have three banners on a cisco 3550 and 2950 switch running "i9k" and "i6k" IOS. Fist banner is a logon banner. Second banner an exec banner. Third banner is a MOTD. What problems might be encountered with memory usage for these devices?

3550 65526K/8192K

2950 19912K

any concerns with 200 - 250 char banner for each?
