I am trying to put over 100 lines of content in a page and the upper banner starts to repeat after about 100 lines. The site was developed in dreamweaver about 5 years ago by someone else. Please see what happens in the page at: Thanks for any suggestions to fix this problem

Banner repeating in page after about 100 lines of text

Didn't see the problem you were describing using IE6.
This page has a lot of problems, starting with no doc type, no <body> opening tag and extra closing tags at the end.
