Banner pages

Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone would be able to help me. There is a network Xerox printer that keeps printing banners even though the options on the driver on the server and the printer itself are set to not print the banners. But locally its greyed out and ticked on the users setup.

Printer is a Xerox 460ST

Driver using: Xerox Document Centre 490/480/470/460 PS3 Postript Print Driver Version 2.05.15 02.06.10

Any help would be much appreciated

What OS and NOS are you running? If the OS is Win2000 or XP you may need to sign on with admin rights to clear the option.

This happened once to me with a DC 470, as Granvillew says with the XP clients only local admins could be able to remove the banner page. We had to remove the printer from the print server, created it again, check that the banner page was uncheked in all places (server, Web interface and DC) and then add again the printer in each machine.

Luckily, few users were using that printer, so it wasn't much of a problem.
