Banner Issues

I'm having trouble with my fireworks banner not showing up on some peoples computers. Its not a browser problem becasue its consistent with IE and Firefox. The banner shows up fine on my computer and the majority of others that I know of. The site is

I'm relatively new to fireworks but a competent user so any help I would really appreciate. Thanks
