How can I get rid off the ad that is placed at the bottom of each page on a free web hosting site of www.ifrance.com?

You probably can not remove the banner. The reason your site is "free" is because they get to advertise in that manner on your site. If you want a site without a banner ad, its likely you will have to pay some kind of monthly hosting fee.
