They haven't yet, and likely won't still. Someone will buy them in the event they can't reorganize successfully.

It is chapter 11, they are going private in 60ish days. Which means they are not going anywhere and can focus on the core products. Which is what they need to focus on anyway. I would find something else before going to cisco imho.
