hi,
At the main site we run Proxy 2.0 for internet. A remote site connects to us vai 64K diginet line. At the main site, we have users that use a banking system that requires a port to be opened within Proxy...which has been done. They have access to the program, it works fine.
On the remote site the users connect to the proxy for Internet as well. For some reason, they cannot logon to the banking system...it just hangs. (Obvioulsy they can't make use of the Proxy port that has been opened for connection to the banking system.) I have made sure that the proxy client is installed on the workstations (otherwise it wont work)...but this doesn't solve the problem. Maybe the router seperating the remote site is playing a role in preventing this access.
Any ideas?
