Bank Reconciliation 1

I have been using Accpac for a longtime, but the windows version only a few months. I have only been using the bank reconciliaton to clear the cheques and to get the report of outstanding cheques. In the past few months, I have not been able to print the report when I go in Reconciliation Status. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Please help.

I don't get an error message - I should have clarified myself - I can print the report but there is no data. The only report that has data is the Withdrawal Status report which has all the cheques issued, but I want only the ones cleared.
