Bank Reconciliation and GL dont match 1

Although the bank account is reconciled, at the bottom of the reconciliation it is telling me that the balance doesn't agree with the GL. But the GL balance the reconcilation is showing is incorrect and doesnt reflect what my actual GL states. How do I fix this?

Have you tried rebuilding your sort files for bank rec and G/L?
