We have upgraded from Accpac version 55a to version 60a. The Reconciliation Statements application has had problem since then. Everthing else seems to be okay in that application, except when we clicked on "Bank Entry" button, it prompts an error window "Description: Bank entry does not exist.". When we hit "Insert" key, it can bring up the Bank Entry screen.

We had an integration program that we populuated the BKCHK table in version 55a. Now we changed to populdate BKTRNH and BKTRAND tables in version 60a. The fields inserted seem to work, since data integrity check ran fine.

Any thoughts?

If you're populating those tables manually try entering the same transaction through the Accpac screens and see if/how the records are different. You might also want to make sure that other tables haven't been updated other than the BKTRANH and BKTRAND.
