Greetings:

We recently installed Bank Book. When we try to run the Expected Cash Flow report, it just hangs at the "Print Status" screen. We've tried to run the report in several different ways, i.e., bi-weekly, weekly, etc. to no avail.

If I initialize the BBEXPCSH table do you think that will help this issue? If not, does anyone have any suggestions?

We are running Progression SQL 7.6.300C on SQL Server 2000 on W2K3 Server.

Regards,

Chris Poulin

Have you actually setup the module yet? Bank Book setup is fairly tricky and requires more than throwing in a new registration file and entering Bank Book setup. You must also enter all o/s items from your last bank rec date and enter bank statement balances as well.

If you have already done all this I would also try a reset cash account balances.

Thanks for the speedy reply. We followed the setup instructions to the letter for our Bank Book install so all of the necessary information was entered.

I tried resetting cash account balances and still the report hangs. Next step?
