i have an HP proliant dl380G6, with 16gb ram,2 xeon 2.2ghz and 1.2tb HDD.It is setup with raid 10.
i have installed on it 2 win2008srv 64 bits 250gb each, one solaris10 50gb,and one sco opensrv 5.7.only the win2008srv are on.both of them use the same setup/configuration(2 Vcpus,8gb ram,2 nics one is the physical e1000 and the other is vmxnet3).both e1000 have a static ip.on one server something i notice,i can transfer data at most 8-9mb/s.on the other one i get 49kb/s at most!!!!.what am i doing wrong????

any suggestions would be appreciated
