Hi All - I have an S8720 CM3.1.2 using ACD EAS across our main site and 4 G700 gateways. All agent log into skill 1 to take calls at each site. Question - Can the call flow to an agent be managed based on limited bandwith I have between gateways? My trunks evenly distribute calls between the sites, but I used the longest available agent (which might be in another gateway) to answer the call. This works great until the bandwith runs out !
