Can it be done? And if so, can someone point me to a useful reference?

I'm trying to curtail the use of streaming audio (i.e. MSN Radio, Pandora, etc) on our network, as we have some critical applications that are bandwidth-sensitive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I think you can achieve by blocking port 554 tcp/udp.
554tcp/udp(RTSP real time streaming protocol)

OK. I don't want to block streaming audio entirely, just allocate only a certain percentage of the bandwidth to it.

Also, do you know how to set up port blocking on a 5XT? What's a good reference for me to read?

Thanks!

Sorry I dont know about any document but you can block ports by clicking object->services->custom->new then specify the port number and click on radio button whether its TCP or UDP port.Hope this is helpful.

Awesome. It won't help with throttling bandwidth usage for streaming audio (etc), but it DOES answer a lot of other questions I had.

Thanks!
