bandwidth problem with mail server backup

hi
I have a problem with mail server. It is connected with array - to store all mail files (small txt files). The arry is connected via fibre channel. i'm using arcserve 12.0 sp2 cx3 dell array and fibre channel brocade switch.

when I do backup of files from the array I have bandwidth for ex. 180 MB/min!!! full backup takes 2 days...

any advices how to solve this problem?

I think with 12.x there is the option to use multiple threads for an Exchange backup. Check the manual on this.

Also in the manual is how to enable debug for the agent.
