Bandwidth logging

I want to be able to get information about bandwidth usage (such as the graph shown in bandwidth meter in the firebox monitor) but over a 24 hour (or longer) period. Is there a way to do this?

I want a graph to show our bandwidth usage over 24 hours to see when peak times are and whether we need to increase our DSL bandwidth. Even a file I could work with in Excel would be useful.
