You can either set multicast/broadcast limits under the ethernet (port) settings. This will drop these types of traffic once the limit is reached. It is more of a security feature to prevent loops taking down the network.
If you want to limit the total bandwidth a port has coming into the network you will need to look at the QoS shaper settings. This allows you to set the bandwidth allowed on a port
config ethernet <ports> qos shaper enable|disable rate <shaper-rate> burst-size <burst-size> <ports> identifies the slot and port (slot/port)
