I need to have some kind of bandwidth controll for my apache server on WINDOWS so aparently the bandwidth doesnt really solve my problem. I can try a program but some of the program's i try (net com, soft perfect) etc. make my network get a private ip address which doesnt let me connect to my router. Any other ideas would be great. I think im running apache 2.0.34, not exactly sure
