Hi,
have a weird question really.
does a phone call consume the same amount of bandwidth whether or not someone is actually speaking.
lets say for instance i make a call to another IP phone but say - would that use less bandwidth.
my opinion/assumption is that it wouldn't, it would use the same amount of bandwidth whether I'm talking or whether there is background noise.
