Hello everybody,

I just installed a linux server in my house for different purpose.
My os is Debian 6 and I would like to monitor bandwidth.

I have already installed Squid proxy with Calamaris for log analyzer. This do not give easy information.

What I want is that I would like to know how much each host use network traffic in my lan. So, I can filter the report.

Like web interface and easy to watch and understand. Like Ntop.

Do you guys have any suggestion or advice to give.

My os is without GUI interface.

Thank's again.

The first tool I would take a look at is Iftop. I'm not sure if it would meet all your needs, e.g. reporting, but it would be a place to start.
