I have noticed that many of the AT&T Blackberry's at my company seem to stop sending and receiving data at different times. Usually over the weekend. If the user sends out an email then it begins to work fine again. This is happening on several different AT&T models. 7200 series mainly. They seem to loose GPRS signal.
Also the carrier will switch from AT&T wireless to 310-30 and I have to talk the user through resetting it back. Very frustrating.
Any thoughts on this?
