Bad voice delayed VoIP packets

I have an issue that is causing me to get bad VoIP. Somehow this line keeps repeating in my IP Office Monitor. The line in Monitor even repeats after the system is rebooted.I am using v6.1(22). I have tested that the switch is not the issue. I have test multiple ports and swapped out the IPO. The call that is releating came in on a local PRI and was given to a use on a local digital phone. The call may have overflowed to a new huntgroup before being answered. Any suggestions of questions would be appreciated. The IPO has been rebooted and the same lines keep repeating in Monitor.

This sounds like you are using 9608's
If you do then upgrade the firmware on the phones to the latest release and try again.
I have had speech issues on 6.1.22 and 9608's
It disappeared after upgrading them.

I am using a mix of 5602 and 1608L's - I will check for firmware upgrades for each of these units and apply them today. I will try to follow up in a few days if this has heped my horror =) thanks again and as always tlpeter for direction for something to try!
