It just took me a minute or two to start. I'm on cable. I am the only one on this node though. I think it makes me faster. I just went to it again and it's working fine. The only thing I can think of is that there is a enter button near the bottom that even I overlooked. Try it again it'll be worth it. Melocco....

What about the menu? That is what I was talking about. The movie isn't that good. I just like the menu system that it's got. The words fade from one movie to another. Makeing like four sites, or four different movie fade close and work togeather. Look at the members page. That is what I was talking about earlyer. About making one big movie and leting it fade and mix and work togeather.... Melocco......

Ok! Had another look at it! Another 15 minutes download, because I had emptyed my cache!
Probably is one movie, because of the long download time (it is 3MB in size), but it still could be done with frames, because the logo and menu area, for one thing, don't change. The members' thing, even if it slides out from behind the menu, only occupies what I would call the main display area, and outside of some text sometimes overlapping the logo area, the rest is usually contained in that area. There is the problem of the background picture in the what I would call the menu's frame... But even that I think I could cheat!

As I have told you... It can be done in one big movie! My going against this format (rather than using frames and possibly several movies), was only motivated, in this case, by the long download time (we don't all have cable connections!) and the fact that when these guys want to change a small detail (a link or whatever!) they'll have to redo the whole thing (risking to f... up parts they didn't want to change), rather than just adding a button or changing one link in the menu's movie, changing the logo's movie, one of the links in the popup windows, or even one of the items in the main display area! Then, they have to upload the whole thing again!

It's really up to you! I much prefer the way you're doing things with your test page. A little more polishing and you'll have a great site... And I won't have to wait 15 minutes to find that out! My guess is that they're loosing a lot of viewers the way they're doing things!

Thanks.... I was just wondering how they did it. Like in my test page I showed you, I wanted the words to come from the left page in to the right page. And if I read what you was taling about right I'd have to have that in one big movie right? I know what you're talking about with the cache though. It does talk a long time to load. and I don't want to have it that big. I was hoping that the test page was small enough for people with 56k to beable to download it pretty fast.
