IS-IT--Management
Hi all;
Have a somewhat straight forward and known issue, but I can't make sense of it.
I'll try to give a concise sequence of events, maybe someone can shed some light on it.
1.) Moved some site(s) to hosted provider from internal (behind NAT firewall) IIS server.
2.) Hosted site now has DNS for their public IP addresses.
3.) If I stop the site in IIS, users INTERNALLY get the Bad Request (Invalid Hostname) error.
4.) The rest of the OUTSIDE world can resolve site w/o any issues.
5.) No host file exists on IIS server.
6.) Checked my DNS entry for sites, changed them to hosted PUBLIC IP?
Let me know if I'm missing anything. Thanks in advance, Steve
