I get this message when I try to open or run a quicktime movie I rendered After Effects (Windows).

Is there anyway to preserve the content of the file, so it could be placed in another quicktime file or retrieved somehow? I know somewthing's there-- its 31 gig of video (uncompressed). Thanks in advance for any advice or directions.
