I ran into the following problem:
A user's computer unexpectedly turned off, when the computer came back on, the user was not able to log into outlook. Something about permission with msexchange and the outlook pst file. I created a new profile for the user and was able to get outlook running again, but I can't import anything from the pst file, its probably corrupt, but does anyone know of any tool that might help in this situation? Thanks

scanpst.exe (aka Inbox Repair Tool) is used to scan for corruption on pst files. Search for the file on your system and then run it to scan the pst file. joegz
