When trying to Disable DHCP in my BCM50e, I click on the DHCP GUI link(under data services) it opens another window, but then I get BAD GATEWAY the proxy server received an invalid response from the upstream server. Can anyboy help?

had the same issue with a BCM50e.
There are two ways to access the integrated router. First is with BCM IP address in browser and virtual directory "router" (something like but you can also connect to the IP of the integrated router directly with just using the IP without "/router". Do you know the IP of the integrated contivity?

I do not know the IP address of the router itself, how do I find that out?

Sorry, forgot some letters :) What i wanted to say is: are there any PCs on that network using the router as their default gateway? Maybe you can lookup the ip address there.

No there is not, I had to take it off our network because it was causing DHCP address conflicts with other devices on our network.

Do you still have the startup-template that has been used to initialize the BCM for the first time? You may find the IP there.
