BAD FRAMECHECK

I'm monitoring on a ISDN30 PRI and i get nothing but BAD FRAMECHECK and INVALID TIMESTAMP.

I also got complaints form users whick get abandoned calls and / or bad quality calls.


Please HELP!!!



 
Have you done any of the following:

1. Logged a fault call with your ISDN30 supplier.
2. Replaced all appropriate cabling.
3. Replaced the ISDN endpoints.
 
The only thing that is not changed/replaced is the PRI trunk card in the PABX. All the rest is being replaced as far as i know.
 
If this is not your line card it is a physical layer probelm. Double check the cabling and then put a E1 tester on the line. Then contact the telco.
