2 of our 4602 IP phones are displying "Bad FileSv address" messages. No changes have been made to the system and none of our other IP phones (4602 and 4606's) are experiencing any issues. I reloaded all of the address and no luck.
Any ideas?
Try connecting a PC to the second switch port on the IP Phone (if you don't have one there already) and pinging the FileServer (PC running manager) from the command line.
