Hi,

A quick question. When I fade an image in fireworks, the image looks nice and smooth. Then when I view it in internet explorer you can see lines as the colours blend into the image. Is there a reason for this? Also is it possible to set the image in internet explorer exactly the same as it is viewed in fireworks?

Thanks

Stewart.

It's probably because the jpg compression is affecting the image. Try saving the jpg with 100% quality. Fireworks defaults to 80% which may be causing the issue.
