Bad Extension?

Ext 10, when pressing digits on the keypad, I get some weird characters. If I enter programming, the display shows Program Extension 10 as normal. Ideas?

Also, I had to move this Partner Rls 6 and it lost programming. I can't seem to figure out what the VMS extension is. I am trying to program hunt group 7 and a button to allow x10 to access their voicemail. Can someone help?

I do have a programming manual and an overlay that I found on the net.

On another note, I cannot access the voicemail using 777. I get a busy tone.

Nevermind. I just didn't use x10. The problem was at the port. Also, they weren't using VMS. So not worried about that.
